Focus pouches are caffeine-free. Instead, they use Enfinity® Paraxanthine, L-Theanine, Alpha GPC, Panax Ginseng and Vitamins B6 and B12 for focus without the jitters.

Ultra Pouches FAQ: How to Use Them
Most people feel the focus formula within 5 to 10 minutes. After that, the effect usually lasts 1 to 2 hours. Keep the pouch in for 15 to 30 minutes, then throw it away.
Ultra suggests up to 3 or 4 focus pouches per day. For energy pouches, however, count your total caffeine from all sources. Finally, for sleep pouches, use one 10 to 30 minutes before bed.
Safety and Quitting Nicotine
